Rates and Policies

• Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice, unless confirmed
• Additional Guests: $5 Each additional guest
• Children: Each additional child under 18 stays free
• Deposit of one-half of your total stay will secure your reservation
• Payment: No personal checks will be accepted. We accept money orders, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, or Cash. Deposit must be received within 7 days of registration. Balance due upon arrival.
• Check-In: 3:00 PM, if you're early we'll do our best to get you in
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Smoking: No smoking inside the cabin, smoking containers are provided outside for your convenience
• Sorry no pets
• Cancellations and Refunds: A 2 week written notice of cancellation prior to your stay is required. Less than 2 weeks, deposit is forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the cabin during the time period you reserved. However if we are successful, we'll refund your deposit less 10%. We will make a reasonable effort, but cannot guarantee success. Failure to cancel your reservation, full price will be assessed.
• Early Departures: There are no refunds for early departure for ANY reason, including weather conditions.
• Care: Please treat these cabins with care. Leave the Kitchen clean and the other rooms clean and orderly. This helps to keep our prices reasonable.
• Damages: You are responsible for any damages. A major credit card is required for a security deposit for damages.
• Littering: We ask that you do not litter
• Care with Fire: Use extreme caution with the fire pit
• No Fireworks: A fire would be disastrous

Change of pace suggestions:

• Plan your Thanksgiving Dinner in our log cabin.
• The second weekend in December we have a Live Nativity in our barn with sheep, camels, donkey, shepherds on the hill side, angels, and live music.
• Ring in the New Year snuggled in front of the fire place after relaxing in the hot tub.
• Celebrate Valentines Day, Birthday, Anniversary, Honeymoon, or your Special Day in one of our log cabins.
